Helping Hearts Outreach will be hosting a job preparedness conference Wednesday, with the goal of better preparing job seekers in the community for their critical interviews and arming them with skills needed to compete in the job market.

This full day conference is designed to empower job seekers and help them build and show off the skills needed to compete in the constantly changing job market.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on seminars covering multiple topics including resume writing, interviewing skills, digital literacy and more.

“Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools they need to secure meaningful employment,” said Marvyl Garnier, Helping Hearts Communications and Media Manager. “Entering the job market is already difficult, but many do not have a solid foundation for applying to and securing jobs. These seminars will provide essential tools that will get individuals in front of employers and land that job!”
