City of St. Petersburg Offering Free Technology Classes to Educate and Empower Seniors
Jan. 8, 2026 – The City of St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department invites older adults to discover the power of technology through the City’s Senior Tech Forum program. The Senior Tech Forum program is a free and welcoming learning opportunity designed specifically for seniors and hosted by the department’s Healthy St. Pete division.
The City is hosting four Senior Tech Forum sessions in January. The program provides participants with the chance to ask questions, learn practical digital skills, and gain confidence using everyday technology. Topics may include smartphones, basic internet use, and navigating online health appointments. All experience levels are welcome, and sessions are designed to be supportive and accessible.
