On December 16, 2025, the Kano State Information Technology Development Agency (KASITDA) bestowed an Award of Recognition on Engr. Ringim for his significant contributions to the growth of Kano’s tech ecosystem. The agency commended his leadership in leveraging both ENGAUSA Global Tech Hub and its nonprofit arm, ESDF, to drive digital development and innovation in the region. In his acceptance remarks, Ringim dedicated the award to his team and partners, emphasising that the honour reflects collective effort and reaffirming his commitment to harnessing technology for inclusive development and entrepreneurship.

Shortly after, on December 17, 2025, the Kano Chapter of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) paid a courtesy visit to ENGAUSA Global Tech Hub, where the chairman, Engr. Dr. Murtala Alhaji Garba, formally honoured Engr. Ringim with a Certificate of Award recognising his outstanding service to engineering education and community-centred innovation. The accolade highlights his leadership in translating engineering expertise into practical skills, youth empowerment and community solutions through TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) advocacy and implementation.

During the NSE visit, engagements focused not only on celebration but also on strategic dialogue — exploring partnerships to strengthen professional-industry-community linkages, mentorship for emerging engineers, and expanded TVET outreach for underserved groups. This engagement represents a convergence of professional engineering excellence with broader social impact.

These back-to-back honours reflect Engr. Ringim’s sustained commitment to building an inclusive innovation ecosystem where engineering knowledge, digital skills and enterprise creation drive sustainable livelihoods for Nigeria’s youth and vulnerable populations. They affirm his vision of engineering not merely as a profession, but as a catalyst for community transformation and economic empowerment.
