H.E. Ambassador Seevan has accomplished a great deal during his tenure as Ambassador.  He has made inroads in his quest to bring India into the development and economic stability of the AI world.  He is also developing an AI program to enhance India’s education system.

His vision is to create by the year 2030 an AI-powered society where every citizen has the opportunity  to “participate in and benefit from the digital economy.”

He has been working diligently with Government officials and has implemented their Made in India GPMS Transportal platform and AI programs.

I have attached certificates acknowledging his accomplishments regarding introducing AI technology to India.  In 2023-2024, he won the Indian Achievers Award presented to him by the Government of India.  This certificate was given to him “in recognition of Outstanding Professional Achievement & Contribution towards Nation Building.”

He has developed a digital program named GPMS Transportal Epashuhaat to focus on (I quote):

2. *E-Governance*: Providing access to government services, certificates, and subsidies online.

3. *Telemedicine*: Offering remote healthcare consultations and medical services.

5. *Digital Payments*: Promoting digital transactions for financial inclusion and convenience.

6. *Citizen Engagement*: Encouraging citizen participation in governance through digital platforms.

7. *Rural Innovation*: Fostering Innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation in rural areas.

8. *Digital Skills Training*: Enhancing employability and career prospects for rural youth.

9. **Internet Access

He has been working diligently with various parties, including the farmers of India.  I quote: “KisanMitr”, or “Friends of the Farmer,” is an initiative lead by Hon.Dr.Raja Seevan Chairman & Founder Trustee Indian CST I’ll palong with PSA office Govt.of India  to support and empower farmers through:

2.  _Advisory Services_: Expert advice on best practices, crop management, and market trends.

3.  _Market Linkages_: Connecting farmers directly to buyers, eliminating intermediaries.

KisanMitr Friends of the Farmers aims to improve farmers’ livelihoods, increase agricultural productivity, and promote sustainable farming practices.”

He has set his 2025 plan in motion towards “Empowering India / Global Citizens Through AI Skills Development.
