GTA 5 Players Can Nab $500,000 In Limited-Time Online Offer

Get rich quick!

With GTA 6 postponed until November, fans of the franchise have doubled back on GTA 5 to pass the time. Money is always a problem when building up your world in the game, but a current opportunity could put $500,000 in player pockets for very little effort.

Grand Theft Auto is an RPG experience that offers surprising player freedom while working through the main storyline. GTA 5, the Steam Enhanced edition, which dropped in March of 2025, has taken players back to the title, encouraging fan-made mods, online role-playing servers, and new adventures.

To keep this in-game lifestyle going, however, players are going to need some cash. Right now, a pretty decent chunk of change can be earned from the comfort of your gaming chair thanks to an ongoing offer that partners with Twitch Streamers.

How to Get $500,000 For Free in GTA 5

As explained by the promotion on the Rockstar Games website, players can get $500,000 in game and a Samurai Livery by watching specific Twitch Streams online.

To claim the in-game rewards, players must link their Twitch and Rockstar Game Accounts with Grand Theft Auto Online.

GTA 5 Players will have the opportunity to watch Japanese creators and earn money based on the time they spend on the Stream. The breakdown is as follows:

  • 1 Hour – $200,000 in-game currency
  • 2 Hours – $300,000 in-game currency
  • 3 Hours – Street Samurai Livery

To get these rewards, you must make sure your Rockstar and Twitch accounts are connected and that you are watching the drop-enabled streams.

Once you have completed the above requirements, the Twitch drops will become available to claim.

While players have to put a bit of work into grabbing these free Twitch drops for GTA 5, the money and Livery will be a great addition to anyone’s current game. With months of prospective GTA 5 gameplay ahead, players will need every penny for their GTA 6 countdown projects.
