Every year, International Women’s Day invites us to pause, reflect and recommit to building a more equitable world. The IWD 2026 theme — “Give to Gain” — captures a truth that resonates deeply across our global Foundever community: when we invest in women, we unlock growth, innovation and resilience that benefit everyone. This year, Foundever celebrates International Women’s Day by launching WomenIgnite, our global campaign that brings the IWD theme “Give to Gain” to life.

5 ways organizations can “Give to Gain” to support and empower women 

When we give women the platform to lead, innovate and inspire, we all gain stronger teams, better ideas and a more inclusive future. Here are 5 examples of how this can work:

  • AI and digital literacy programs (Inspiring Futures in partnership with Inspiring Girls) → Gives girls digital and future-ready skills so communities gain a more inclusive and innovative workforce.
