Kerryjane Craigie: “Let’s Make History (Again!)”

Kerryjane Craigie, PokerStars Ambassador and Director of Poker at the Hippodrome Casino, is fired up for a summer of record-breaking poker and game-changing moments for women in the game.
From the bright lights of Vegas to the excitement building for the Women’s Summer Festival in London this August, she’s on a mission: grow the game, build community, and inspire more women to take their shot.
I’m buzzing with excitement! I’m like a kid at Christmas, except it’s June!
You’ve probably seen the big announcement: the Women’s Summer Festival is coming this August, hosted by none other than The Hippodrome Casino in London!
This is the perfect follow-up to last November’s Women’s Winter Festival, where we smashed records, broke barriers, and created something truly special together.
Right now, online qualifiers are running daily on PokerStars, with guaranteed seats at every stage—and yes, there’s even a daily free-roll! This is your shot to be part of something iconic.

Let’s go big. Let’s reclaim the title of the largest women’s field outside of the US. I want you to be part of this historic moment in the £100,000 guaranteed Main Event.
Women’s Week and the WSOP
Before that, though, I’m in Vegas for what’s shaping up to be the biggest Women’s Week yet! The schedule is packed thanks to months of hard work behind the scenes, with events for every bankroll, 100K guarantees, and even Women’s High Rollers on offer.
Huge shout-out to Lupe Soto, whose efforts have been instrumental in making this all happen. And thank you to all the venues and organisers who jumped on board with such generosity and energy.
I’ll be at the WPA Breakfast this Thursday—an incredible highlight during the busiest week of the year for the Women’s Poker Association. Their dedication to growing and supporting women in poker continues to be a driving force, and I’m so looking forward to seeing many of you there. If you spot me at the Women’s Event or at any of the events I’m playing, come say hi!
Learning All The Time
As I mentioned last month, I’ve been reflecting deeply on my game lately.
I’ve been watching vlogs, tuning into coverage from Vegas, and doing the work to better understand my own approach, especially what’s working, what’s not, and where I can grow.
Here’s what I’ve been reminding myself:
Be bold. Embrace change. Enjoy the game.
- If you’re on this journey with me, here’s my challenge to you:
- Push your game forward—see how much progress you can make in a single tournament, a month, or a year.
- Track your hands. Analyse your wins and losses. Look for the shift.
- Talk hands with great players. Learn from them. Most are more than happy to share what’s helped them succeed.
You don’t need to reinvent everything. Just find the edges, those little improvements that add up over time.
Keep learning. Keep levelling up.
This game is always evolving, and so should we.
