We were lucky to catch up with Christian Douglas Springer recently and have shared our conversation below.

Christian, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

It all started as a late-night idea in June of 2025.
At the time, I was about six months away from closing the doors to my business. I had spent the last eight years in the sneaker industry, four years building online, followed by four years running a retail storefront. But things were shifting. The online side was taking over, and I found myself at a crossroads, planning what came next.
The question was simple.
Do I double down on online sneaker sales, or do I build something bigger, something rooted in what I actually enjoy?
The truth was, I was not in love with the sneaker game anymore. What I loved was the interaction, meeting people, building relationships, and being the face of the company. I knew going fully online was not going to give me that.
That night, my mind would not shut off. Around 2 a.m., I got out of bed, opened my laptop, and typed,
“How do I make money in the rental car business?”
At the time, I had a Ford Raptor sitting in the garage, and I was honestly just tired of making the monthly payment on it. I started asking myself how I could turn driving cool cars into income.
I went back and forth on starting small, maybe testing the waters with a lower-end vehicle on a platform like Turo. But deep down, I knew that was not how I wanted to build this. If I was going to do it, I was going to do it right by building something of my own, controlling the experience, and not relying on third-party platforms for income.
By July 2025, I made the move. I sold the Raptor and bought a blacked-out Cadillac Escalade to begin the journey.
I have always had a strong eye for design and presentation, and I understand the power of marketing, especially on social media. So I leaned into that harder than I ever had before.
What made this different was the alignment. I have always been passionate about cars. I understand how to buy them right, what to look for, what to avoid, and more importantly how to elevate them. Not just transportation, but an experience. Details matter. Presentation matters. Most vehicles on the market are stock, generic, and forgettable. I saw an opportunity to do the opposite.
From the start, the problem was clear.
There was no true luxury or exotic rental and chauffeur service in St. Louis. The market did not just lack options, it lacked quality on all fronts, attention to detail, experience, and brand presence.
That is where this started.
As the business has grown, I have realized the problem runs deeper. Clients are not just looking for a car, they are looking for experience, convenience, and status. What started as a luxury and exotic rental car company is quickly evolving into a full-scale luxury concierge service, built around delivering exactly that in every way possible.

Christian, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Simply put, we are a luxury concierge company based in St. Louis.
A quote that has stuck with me throughout building this company is, “Build a garden and the butterflies will come.” If you chase the butterflies, they are just going to fly away. The butterflies can represent clients, relationships, investors, cars I was interested in adding to the fleet, attention, you name it.
So I put my head down and focused on building a garden around the luxury lifestyle that I was after in my own life.
At a young age, I was afforded a comfortable lifestyle, but I wanted to lean further into that because there are levels to it. Growing up, my family was comfortable, but the cost of things still mattered.
It took three months of consistency, along with reinvesting money I had earned from my previous business, to properly get this company on the map. When building a luxury brand, you cannot cheap out behind the scenes because it will catch up to you.
Three months in, I saw my first rental. A one day, wedding rental in St. Louis. I made $350.
There were many days during those first three months where I questioned if what I was doing was going to work, but that is just part of the game.
The biggest problem I solve is luxury. To me, luxury is consistent quality and connivence.
With 80 percent of my lead generation coming through social media, I am most proud of the genuine following and interaction I have built on my Instagram and Facebook accounts, which are arguably the hardest platforms to grow organically… opposed to TikTok.
Most accounts today are flooded with purchased followers, ad spend, and automation, and it simply does not work anymore. People are not falling for it.
The four biggest factors that have driven my growth are quality, consistency, authenticity, and interaction. Anything outside of that will not help you grow in this era of authenticity and the social media golden age.
The main takeaway from all of this is simple. Bet on yourself.
We all have a set of beliefs, and we all have a set of resources that God has provided in our lives. Whether that is financial, your skill set, your knowledge, or the relationships you have with the people around you.
Pair your belief with your resources, and you are golden, my friend.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

Before getting into the ins and outs of money, how it flows, where to save, and where to invest, it all starts with mindset. None of us are robots…yet, so staying disciplined 1000% of the time is tough. We all get caught up in outside noise and what other people think, and that can throw you off track.
With that said, one of the most impactful books I recommend, and one I find myself coming back to multiple times a year, is The Four Agreements. The four agreements are simple: be impeccable with your word, do not take anything personally, do not make assumptions, and always do your best. That book puts you in the right headspace to move forward, not just in business, but in life.
Since that is a widely recommended book, a few others I’ve found valuable are It Takes What It Takes, The Way of the Superior Man, and How to Win Friends and Influence People. It usually takes me a couple of reads, along with taking notes, to really understand and apply what I’m learning.
Above all, I believe in implementing the word of God daily. Whether that means starting at the front of the The Bible or reading devotionals every morning and evening, it creates alignment. Almost every devotional I read ends up relating directly to what I am going through that day.
That is where you begin to find purpose. If Christianity is not your thing, that is completely fine and respectable. Just understand that, at the end of the day, what I am building is much bigger than me, and what you are building is much bigger than you. You’ve got to have someone or something to turn to for guidance and grounding.
