Within the framework of the Digital Europe programme, the calls published today aim to support projects in several areas: from the spread of artificial intelligence to the strengthening of advanced digital skills, the optimal use of emerging technologies, and the reinforcement of digital innovation hubs.

Specifically, there are 9 new European calls included among the actions foreseen by the Digital Europe work programme for 2025-2027, amended by the European Commission on 6 October.

How to Participate in the New Digital Europe Calls?

This new round of calls—the second under the Digital WP 2025-2027—offers a total budget of €193.5 million to fund projects addressing the challenges of digital transformation across the board.

As with other initiatives under Digital Europe, the programme’s calls are open to public and private legal entities based in EU Member States, including Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs), EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), or candidate countries.
