Conclusion
Nursing education is at a pivotal moment where inclusivity and adaptability must define its evolution. Today’s nursing students—many of whom are employed, caregiving, or first-generation learners—require structures that reflect their lived realities. Evidence from recent literature demonstrates that flexible formats, paid clinical experiences, childcare partnerships, mentoring, and technology access can preserve academic rigor while broadening opportunity.
