Flow Digital launches Thrive Workshop Series for women in the Comox Valley

Flow Digital, a Comox Valley-based digital systems consultancy, is launching the Thrive Workshop Series next month.

The series is an in-person, women-led training program aimed at empowering women in business throughout the valley and beyond.

“This series was created to move away from surface-level inspiration and toward practical, usable skills,” said Lori Lynch, founder of Flow Digital. “Thrive is about learning together, building capability, and leaving each session with something concrete you can actually use.”

The series will bring local women leaders, consultants, and practitioners together, delivering hands-on, practical workshops designed to help participants build confidence and skills that can be immediately applied to their respective careers. The series will run from January to February, with six standalone workshops. Topics covered will include goal-setting and motivation, navigating change and AI adoption, digital organization, brand clarity, marketing workflows, and practical systems for sustainable growth.
