Who Can Apply?

The Digital Action Lab is open to a wide range of civil society actors, including:

  • Civil society organisations (formal or informal)
  • Networks, movements, and coalitions
  • Individual activists affiliated with organisations

Priority is given to underrepresented and marginalised groups, including women, youth, LGBTQI+ communities, Indigenous Peoples, and grassroots organisations.

Applicants must be based in countries eligible for official development assistance (ODA) and preferably operate in contexts where civic space is obstructed or repressed. Organisations must also demonstrate some experience using digital tools and the capacity to manage grant funding.
