Tap into your creative side and work toward a career at the cutting edge of design and development with one of our online design degrees from SNHU. Whether you want to focus on traditional graphic design, photography, web design or dive deep into the world of game design, you’ll find no shortage of opportunities to gain the knowledge and experience you need to translate your ideas from concept to creation.

At SNHU, we offer numerous online programs to help creative thinkers bring their imagination to life – and earn a living in the process.

Graphic Design

If you’re ready to explore the power of design in various media — including print, digital, and video — our graphic design programs could be the right fit for you. This degree will help you gain experience with industry-standard tools, create a portfolio that shows off your talents, and even specialize your skillset with a concentration in web design or user experience (UX) design.

Photography

Picturing a career as a professional photographer? Pursue your goals with an associate or bachelor’s degree in digital photography (or stack them to earn both in the same amount of time). With these programs, you’ll learn the creative, technical and business skills you need to build a career as a commercial photographer, photojournalist, digital photo editor or more.

Game Design

If you’ve got a passion for play, consider one of our two gaming programs:

  • BA in Game Art and Development, where you’ll build skills in digital illustration, 3D modeling and character animation; or
  • BS in Game Programming and Development, where you’ll learn game development production pipelines, programming languages and game engines.

Both programs emphasize hands-on learning and help prepare students for careers in the gaming industry and related fields.
