KSH Foundation has launched EveryGirl 3.0, the latest edition of its flagship capacity-building programme designed to equip young women and girls in underserved communities with practical digital skills, selfawareness, and access to opportunities within the digital economy.

Project Lead, KSH Foundation, Augustina Okpechi said, building on the success of previous cohorts, this year’s programme introduces a refined focus under the theme, Building Digital Power.

This, according to him, reflects a deeper commitment to not only teaching digital skills but also empowering participants to think critically, communicate effectively, and position themselves for opportunities in an increasingly digital world.

“EveryGirl 3.0 retains its proven structure, including a two-week virtual learning phase, a five-day in-person immersion experience, and 90 days of group mentorship. This year features an expanded, forward-thinking curriculum covering digital literacy, intellectual development, monetisation, and AI for learning,” she said.

Okpechi noted that a key addition is an Introduction to Health Technology, with a focus on FemTech during the immersion phase.

As innovation in women’s health continues to grow, EveryGirl 3.0 aims to increase awareness and inspire interest in FemTech as a viable and impactful career pathway for young women. These modules are designed to strengthen digital awareness, critical thinking, and foundational technical skills.

“Beyond coursework, the immersion includes curated exposure experiences such as visits to organisations, cultural excursions, and interactive learning environments.

These experiences are intentionally designed to broaden participants’ perspectives, build confidence, and introduce them to new opportunities,” she further said.
