Programme Purpose
The Digital Centre Facilitators will support daily operations at MKRI centres by assisting with:
- ICT training facilitation
- Community digital support services
- Maintenance of ICT infrastructure

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must possess:
- An NQF Level 6 qualification in:
- Information Technology
- Or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in ICT facilitation
- A valid driver’s license will be considered an added advantage

- Conducting general administration and reporting duties
- Assisting Digital Centre Supervisors with daily operations
- Providing technical support within the centres
- Supporting community access to digital services

Disqualification Criteria
MKRI has stated that applicants will be immediately disqualified if they:
- Have pending criminal convictions
- Possess pending disciplinary cases
