Adobe Digital Academy partners with Effie LIONS Foundation for global marketing fellowship
New Delhi: Adobe has partnered with the Effie LIONS Foundation to support the launch of the “Voices of the Future Fellowship”, an eight-month programme focused on training emerging marketing professionals in AI, digital marketing and creative skills.
The fully funded fellowship will combine virtual learning, mentorship, industry exposure and paid apprenticeship opportunities. The programme begins with online training through Adobe Digital Academy, followed by participation at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, where fellows will meet mentors and attend curated events. The final stage includes placements with global agencies and brands.
The inaugural cohort includes 12 fellows from Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Peru, Singapore, South Africa, the United States and Vietnam.
The initiative comes amid wider changes in the marketing industry driven by artificial intelligence, evolving consumer expectations and increased demand for skills linked to AI-assisted workflows, digital content systems and customer experience orchestration.
Jae Goodman said, “Voices of the Future arrives at exactly the right moment as the marketing industry undergoes profound change. Now is the time to rethink the global talent pipeline and bring rising voices to the table. This program ensures that the next chapter of our industry is shaped by the broad perspectives and bold ideas it will need to thrive.”
The fellows will be guided by Frederique Covington Corbett, who will serve as dean of the programme.
Allison Knapp Womack said, “Creating access is the key to unlocking the future of the marketing industry. Through Voices of the Future, fellows gain leadership training, digital skills, AI fluency, mentorship and industry connections that can shape their careers and empower them to shape the industry’s future.”
Adobe said the partnership forms part of its wider efforts to support creative and marketing talent development through initiatives including Adobe Digital Academy, the Adobe Film & TV Fund and long-standing associations with Cannes Lions and Young Lions competitions.
